WILD (Wake-Induced Lucid Dreaming) Method:
Wake up in the middle of the night, stay awake for a bit, then go back to sleep while focusing on staying aware to directly enter into a lucid dream.
MILD (Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams) Method: Repeat a phrase like "I will lucid dream tonight" before sleeping, and then do reality checks and visualization techniques to increase your chances of realizing you're dreaming during your dreams.

Once you realize you're dreaming, stabilize the dream by engaging your senses
